Repayments and Refunds Policy
Under specific circumstances identified by MBUZZ, customers are eligible for a refund for items returned under RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To qualify for a refund, the items must adhere to the following conditions:
- Remain unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt
- Be returned in their original retail packaging
Eligible scenarios for refunds may include product incompatibility or unintentional misrepresentation of features by MBUZZ.
Please note that converting credit memos into payments after the RMA process has concluded is not covered by this policy.
