Warranty Coverage
MBUZZ provides warranty services as determined by the specific terms set forth by each vendor. We facilitate the application of these warranties for the products distributed by us, ensuring that all items are covered under their respective vendor’s warranty conditions.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is specified by the vendor and begins from the date of shipment. Each product may have different warranty durations and conditions as stipulated by the respective vendor:
Standard Products: Typically covered for a minimum of 1 year, with extensions possible depending on the vendor.
Enhanced Warranty Products: Coverage periods may extend up to 5 years or more for select products, as specified by the vendor.
Exclusions
This warranty policy does not cover:
- Issues beyond control such as improper use, unauthorized modifications, and natural disasters.
- Defects resulting from normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the aging of the product.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process of verifying the warranty and arranging for repair or replacement.
