RMA Policy
General Guidelines
- To be eligible for credit or a replacement, the product must be returned to its original condition or with normal wear.
- Products should not be returned to MBUZZ without a valid RMA Ticket number/confirmation. This number must first be obtained officially.
- It is mandatory to include a copy of the RMA paperwork with your return shipment or to visibly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Not adhering to this requirement will lead to the shipment being returned at your cost.
- Customers are required to cover the costs of freight and insurance for returning products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on MBUZZ’s part, as solely determined by MBUZZ.
- All returned items undergo an internal inspection.
- No credit or replacements will be given for obsolete products, out of warranty, returned damaged, or show signs of tampering or unauthorized alterations.
- Do not return any products that are not listed on the RMA paperwork.
- Once an RMA is issued, the product must be sent back to the specified MBUZZ RMA Service Center within 30 days.
- Each RMA number is valid for 30 days from its date of issuance.
- Non-compliance with any of these conditions will lead to the rejection of the RMA.
